Drum & music crash courses in London

Intensive one-to-one teaching with flexible scheduling, built for London visitors, audition candidates, and anyone with a fast-approaching goal. Available for every instrument we teach.

Sometimes you don't want a monthly commitment; you want focused, intensive lessons over a defined window. A weekend, two weeks, a school holiday, the run-up to an audition. Our crash courses in London are designed for exactly that: a customised block of one-to-one lessons with the same tutor, built entirely around what you're working toward, whether that's preparing for an exam, getting audition-ready, or just making fast progress in a short space of time.

Who crash courses are for

Visiting London for a few weeks

If you're in town for a holiday, an internship or a working trip, a crash course lets you make real progress without signing up to an ongoing membership.

Prepping for an audition or gig

Music college, conservatoire, drama school, band audition, wedding band gig: when there's a date in the diary, intensive lessons get you ready fast.

Beginners testing the waters

If you're not sure whether you want to commit to weekly lessons long-term, a crash course gives you a serious block of teaching before you decide.

Students home for the holidays

School and university students often book crash courses over Christmas, Easter and summer holidays to push their progress while they have the time.

Specific projects

Recording an EP and need to tighten your playing first? Writing a wedding speech song? About to do a corporate karaoke night? Yes to all of it.

How crash courses are structured

There’s no fixed shape, which is the point. Together with your tutor you’ll agree:

Total number of lessons: typically 4 to 20 over your chosen period
Lesson length: 50 minutes per lesson for adults and teens (25 minutes for under-12s)
Schedule: daily, twice-daily, every other day, weekends only, or whatever works
Goals: what you want to be able to do by the end

Your tutor will build a tight, personalised plan that maximises your time.

Pricing

Crash courses are priced based on the number of lessons and your chosen schedule. Get in touch for a quote; we’ll come back to you within one working day.

How to book

1

1. Get in touch

Tell us what instrument, roughly how long you've got, and what you want to achieve.

2

2. (Optional) Try a taster first

Many students like to do a single taster lesson before committing to a crash course because it's the easiest way to meet your potential tutor and make sure it feels right. If you're already in London, book a taster in our studio (£49 adult / £27 child). If you're abroad, we can arrange a short online call with your prospective tutor at no charge, just so you can put a face to the teaching before you book.

3

3. We'll design your course

We'll come back within one working day with a proposed schedule, tutor and price.

4

4. Confirm and pay

One simple payment up front. We hold the slots.

5

5. Show up and progress

Most crash course students surprise themselves with how much they get done.
